What Delta stores
Delta stores the account details, career information, preferences, documents, approvals, and application activity you provide or create while using the service. We collect only the operational data needed to deliver, secure, and improve your workspace.
How your information is used
Your information is used to evaluate opportunities, prepare truthful career materials, coordinate actions you approve, protect the service, and provide support. Delta does not sell personal information or use private career documents for advertising.
Your documents and AI
Uploaded files are private, encrypted, and scanned before processing. AI features run only for the product purpose shown to you. Delta does not invent experience or send an application, introduction, or external message without the required approval.
Who can see your profile
Your candidate profile is private by default. A verified employer receives access only through the visibility and introduction controls shown in the product. You can pause visibility and disconnect integrations.
Retention and your choices
You may request an export or deletion of your account information. Some limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute handling.
Security
Delta uses access controls, encrypted transport and storage, isolated production infrastructure, audit records, backups, monitoring, and restricted operational permissions. No online service can promise absolute security; suspected incidents are investigated and contained promptly.
