Terms
Using Delta
You must provide accurate account and career information, keep access to your email secure, and use Delta only for lawful employment-related purposes. You are responsible for reviewing materials and actions before approval.
Candidate control
Delta may discover roles and prepare materials, but external submissions and communications require the approval indicated in the product. You may pause your search, reject recommendations, correct your information, or withdraw an application where supported.
Availability and third parties
Job listings, applicant tracking systems, messaging providers, and employer processes are operated by third parties. Delta verifies and monitors information where practical but cannot guarantee that every external role remains open or that an employer will respond.
Acceptable use
Do not use Delta to impersonate others, fabricate qualifications, evade platform safeguards, send spam, access another person's data, or interfere with the service. Accounts involved in abuse may be restricted to protect candidates, employers, and the platform.
Ownership
You retain ownership of the information and documents you provide. You grant Delta the limited permission needed to process them for the service you request. Delta's software, design, and brand remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be communicated through the service or your verified email. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms.
